Industrial-grade KMW biomass hot water boiler system capable of heating 10-12 acres (430,000-525,000 sqft) of greenhouse space even in -5°F temperatures. Originally installed in 1996, this well-maintained system has given us 28 years of dependable service and includes advanced automation and control systems for seamless operation. We eventually upgraded our biomass boilers after expanding to a range beyond the capability of this system alone.
This system is ideal for greenhouse operations, large-scale agricultural facilities, or any commercial/industrial setting requiring reliable, high-output biomass heating.

Firebox: Equipped with a Konni firebox, manufactured in Calgary, Alberta.
Fuel Type: Designed for biomass wood.
Capacity: Capable of producing enough hot water to efficiently heat 10-12 acres of greenhouses even in -5ºF winter conditions.
Water-Based System: Provides steady, even heating of water approximately 190ºF. (Not a steam system)

Infeed Conveyor System: Capable of handling 53-ft tractor trailer loads of biomass wood. Designed for continuous, automated fuel feeding.
Industrial Pallet Shredder: Allows for additional biomass processing, increasing fuel flexibility and reducing waste.
