Jolly Farmer hires seasonal greenhouse labourers from January to June of each year. If you are interested in a labour position with our company, please feel free to apply. Please note that we have no LMIA available.

We occasionally have openings for growers, maintenance workers, and office staff. If you think you might qualify for one of these positions, let us know!

Wages & Benefits

Pay rates start between $14.75 and $15.75 per hour. Hard work and initiative will be rewarded with increased pay.
After 3 months of employment, the following benefits are available
  • Bereavement Pay: 3 days
  • Holiday Pay: 12 paid holidays each year
  • Vacation Pay: Paid out on request
  • Sick Pay
  • Health Insurance: co-pay program
  • RRSP Matching Plan
