Greenhouse: Products

Jolly Farmer is a grower of both young plants and flowering plants in 10 ½ acres of greenhouse. Additional outdoor areas for seasonal growing of mums, asters, flowering kale, and perennials comprise another 8.3 acres.

Our young plants ship nationwide in the US and Canada via our own trucks, Federal Express, and other common carriers. Included in our selection are over 3000 varieties of seed and vegetative annuals and perennials, as well as mum, cyclamen and poinsettia liners. Tags are available for sale for most of our product line.

Our flowering plants are distributed mostly in the Northeast US and Atlantic Canada. We offer a wide range of seed and vegetative annuals in flats, pots, hanging baskets, and planters, as well as a perennial pot crop. For the holidays, we include poinsettias and cyclamen pots.

Plugs, Cuttings, & Liners

Seed-started annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables and grasses available in up to 4 tray sizes.

Vegetative liners of annuals, perennials, grasses and herbs in up to 3 tray sizes.

Seasonal availability of mums, asters, cyclamen, and poinsettia liners.

Finished Products

Spring

In springtime, the greenhouses glow with the color of finished crops including flats of annual flowers, hanging baskets, and specialty pot crops. “Indoor Plants” ranging from flowering species to potted foliage and hanging baskets are available during certain periods of the year.

Summer & Fall

During the fall season, we offer finished annuals and perennials along with mums, asters, flowering cabbage, and kale.

Holiday

For our holiday selections, we have finished poinsettias and cyclamen.
