The Greenhouse...

Located in the beautiful Saint John River Valley of New Brunswick, Jolly Farmer operates a 10.3 acre greenhouse, offering plugs and vegetative cuttings of annuals, vegetables, herbs, grasses and perennials. Servicing customers in both the US and Canada, we sell our plants directly, not through the broker network. In addition, we grow prefinished and finished plants for the Northeastern US and Maritime provinces. Additional outdoor areas for seasonal growing of mums, asters, flowering kale, and perennials comprise another 8.3 acres.

Our young plants ship nationwide in the US and Canada via our own trucks, Federal Express, and other common carriers.

Included in our selection are over 3000 varieties of seed and vegetative annuals and perennials, as well as mum, cyclamen and poinsettia liners. Tags are available for sale for most of our product line. Our flowering plants are distributed mostly in the Northeast US and Atlantic Canada. We offer a wide range of seed and vegetative annuals in flats, pots, hanging baskets, and planters, as well as a perennial pot crop. For the holidays, we include poinsettias and cyclamen pots.

The Farm Kitchen...

On our rolling hillsides, Jolly Farmer operates a small, mixed farm. We raise and sell grass-fed beef, pasture-raised chicken and lamb, and naturally raised pork, in addition to making raw milk artisan cheeses. Our humane approach, coupled with a high standard of cleanliness, creates a unique product line available direct to consumer within New Brunswick.

Jolly Farmer Transport...

We operate a fleet of trucks specializing in Less than Truck Load (LTL) and Trailer Load (TL) freight into and out of the Eastern US and Eastern Maritime Provinces of Canada. We provide state-of-the-art transportation services to our own company, our customers, and the transportation industry, moving freight from as little as a few boxes to a full load.

Operating a fleet of air ride tractor/trailers with 48 ft and 53 ft reefers and vans, we provide computerized dispatch services utilizing the Q-Tracs satellite communication and tracking system. Some trailers are equipped with lift gates. Warehousing facilities for cross docking, freight forwarding, and limited storage is available.
